DriverMemory AI ("DriverMemory", "we") is operated by B-HiTech. This policy explains what the DriverMemory mobile app and website collect, why, and how you control it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and password, managed by Google Firebase Authentication. We store your driving data under a pseudonymous ID, not your email.
• Trips you choose to sync: trip start and end time and, for each sample, the timestamp, speed, GPS accuracy and heading, plus whether you were the driver and whether driver-assist or automated driving was active.
• Consent records: when you agreed to share trips, and the app version and platform you used.

What we do not collect

• Your route or GPS coordinates are not uploaded. Location is used only while the app is open and recording.
• Road-camera clips, phone motion-sensor readings, and your notes stay on your phone unless you export them yourself.
• No microphone access, no background tracking, no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To build and show you your driving profile (smoothness, braking, acceleration, cornering and confidence), to keep the service secure, and to improve our models. We do not sell your data. Nothing is shared with insurers, vehicle makers or anyone else unless you explicitly share your Insurance Passport. When you do, the recipient receives only the derived summary (scores, confidence, coverage and provenance), for the purpose and period you approve, and you can revoke access at any time. DriverMemory is free for drivers.

Where it is stored

Account data is held by Google Firebase. Driving data is stored encrypted with our cloud hosting providers in the United States. Access is limited to authorized DriverMemory staff.

Your choices

• Stop sharing: turn off trip sharing or use "Revoke collection" in the app at any time.
• Delete everything: use "Delete my account" in the app or the delete account page. Your account, synced trips and profile are permanently deleted. A minimal, pseudonymous audit record that a deletion happened is kept for security.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Original trip uploads are automatically removed after 12 months. Deleting your account removes your driving data immediately.

Children

DriverMemory is for licensed drivers and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Safety

DriverMemory never controls a vehicle. Do not interact with the app while driving.

Changes

If we make material changes we will update this page and notify you in the app.
